even if it’s natural , that’s not mean safe .
every chemical can be harmful in specific concentration,

Oh, and remain sitting, preferably on the floor or a comfortable sofa or bed, cause you will feel disoriented and might fall off of a regular chair because you “feel” very heavy, like you will sink into the sofa. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes and Your body might feel very warm (slightly sweating). I like to play soft instrumental meditation music (which will become part of the trip, too). Don’t try to physically DO anything. Eyes open or closed, but just relax and explore. Namasté
