I take melatonin to sleep, it is medication but it is homeopathic and harmless(and it helps) . Here in the Netherlands you can get it without a prescription. Ask your doctor if he’s heard about it. But seriously what is it like to have ADHD in pakistan. Does anyone even know what it is over there. I mean I get a lot of ignorance from people in the netherlands, but it must be hard over there cause I can imagine that it doesn’t get the attention it deserves and not a lot of people know about it.
I have ADHD and I went through a period of working 45 hour weeks plus going to college every day and doing assignments and getting distinction grades, sleeping 3 to 5 hours a night. . . best two months of my life but then sort of burned out and it hit me like a pile of bricks. . .
modafinil is an interesting drug intended for those with sleep disorders who can’t regulate their circadian rhythm. it’s also called provigil or nuvigil. i have been using it on a trial basis for a bit over a month, with great success! I don’t have to wait until the snooze goes off for the 20th time to get out of bed, and i feel well rested for the whole day. And I can fall asleep at night, too! No heart pounding, no hazy feeling…but it’s new. and expensive…wiki it if youd like
