Hello. I abuse alcohol every night. I truly don’t think medication is the answer. I don’t know why I abuse alcohol, I have a level of depression. I just don’t think taking medicine to make me throw up will help. I don’t know what my depression is about, but it certainly drives me to alcohol every night. It is affecting my work. Most days, I don’t show up for at least 2 hours after starting time. All I want to do is sleep.
I lie to my bosses about why I can’t show up every day ontime. I feel guilty. I hate my life. And I have no idea what to do.
